About Worthy Love and Care
Our Founders
Worthy Love and Care is a family-based home care agency located in Westmorland County that was founded by Toya Worthy and Devon Baskin in 2020. Toya has an educational background in Education and Human Services where she has earned a double Masters Degree in Adult Education and Organizational Leadership.
Toya has an array of experience working in the Home Health Care, Skilled Nursing, and Case Management. Toya has worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Senior Supports Specialist/IDDD, and as a Senior Service Coordinator for leading human service agencies in Pennsylvania.
Devon has over 10 years of experience working in Human Services in Leadership and Training serving highly functioning individuals with IDDD needs.
Both had a vison of providing exceptional care to the elderly population with genuine care and love.
At Worthy Love and Care, we use a person-centered approach with trained and experienced caregivers to deliver the best quality care to our clients assisting them with their personal care goals and wellness needs.
